It's the little things that I love when choosing supplies to craft with. Lots and lots of little, tiny things. They're everywhere. And I have a ton of them. This was never more evident than a couple of days ago when my stepmom, Betty, came over for some help with her Halloween costume. We went sorting through my craft supplies for ideas and I have to say, it was a little embarrassing! You know when you're around something long enough you think it's normal?
This times 10?
Apparently not so normal. Do you need a plastic cowboy boot? A broken doll leg? Old circus tickets? A plastic baby? Something else? I probably have it. Ugh. Please tell me I'm not the only one that collects these tiny things.
On another note...
I'm making a run into Bend today to update my booth at Blue Moon Marketplace and here's a few pictures of things I made recently for my booth!
I made use of some of my collection of tiny things to make these charm bracelets! I love that pink rhinestone circle, I've been waiting for just the right thing to use it on.
Halloween star ornaments with german glass glitter. This is my first time using this glitter, and I love the texture it gives to things!
And some more cards. I've been doing pretty well with my cards there lately.
Other projects I've been working on I can't really show, because they're birthday and Christmas gifts for people that might come across them here!
Genius! I have bowls of those tiny things all over the place. one boardgame piece, a marble, stray rhinestones. and a ton of single earrings. These bracelets would be perfect for my mess, too.

Thanks for sharing your new projects. I just love that German glass glitter and am excited to think up a reason that I really do need to have it. :)

Amanda, you constantly are whipping up the most precious things, all while balancing a hectic life! Amazing! I love tiny things, too. I think that may be a reason why I love Japanese things so much, cause everything is so tiny.
ANyhow, I can't believe I still haven't gotten the chance to visit your booth. Well, someday, right?
My internet just got fixed (burnt fuse in the phone box outside) and the first thing i did was log on to Betty's and your pages to catch up on what I have missed. I am back in the game! I am gonna probably post again soon, too, but it has been so long, I don't know where to start!
Hope you are well! I think of you often when I am walking through the autumny streets, as corny as that sounds! But the autumn scenic views make me think of you cozying up to your crafts!

Amanda, I really appreciate the help with my costume. Your craft room is so organized and fun to look though so give yourself a hand in creating a great place to create, and if I ever need a small plastic "thing" I will know where to go..haha BJ

Thank you for stopping by my blog today! I just couldn't resist replying on this particular post of yours - oh Amanda, don't worry, I think it's completely normal!
I think the person who dies with the biggest collection of STUFF wins.
I love going through all my bits and pieces and looking at what I have - it's very soothing! And I bet you use most of it! AND I bet - because this is how the world works - that about two weeks after you throw something out, suddenly you'll have a project that needs it. So keep collecting I say!
