Oh sweet Bernina Activa 210, how I love you.
I know this is the Bernina entry model, but it still cost quite a bit! I used a whole paycheck (from all the funeral flowers I've been doing at work), part of the money from the sale of our old car, and it's my birthday present too! For heavens sake. I love it so much though, it sews beautifully and is actually pretty easy to use. I've been sewing a lot lately. I did a big Etsy update in my shop today, I'm starting to go in a different direction and focus more on doing baby and children's items since that's what I seem to enjoy the most and sell the most of. I think it helps to have a niche.
I'm making plans to open up my own website for baby/children's items in the next year or so, it's just sort of a balancing act that I need to figure out. I love Etsy but would like to have my own site as well.
Here's some of the things I put in my Etsy shop today, made with my new sewing machine! I can't believe how much faster I can make things, it's so streamlined.
I recently came across your blog and have been reading along. I thought I would leave my first comment. I don't know what to say except that I have enjoyed reading. Nice blog. I will keep visiting this blog very often.

Cute things! Love the snake!
I'm following you on Twitter now. I joined Twitter a while back, but I guess I just don't get it yet. Maybe as I find more people to follow I'll get into it more?
