On Saturdays, it's just Lucy and I. Dustin works all day on Saturday and Sunday. We miss him, but it's nice to spend time together - just the 2 of us. We don't have anywhere we have to be, or anything we really have to do. We keep our pajamas and slippers on all morning and relax. No job for me to go to, no school for Lucy and the post office is closed on Sunday (things always revolve around the post office when you have an online business). It's nice to slow down and do whatever we want. Usually coffee (for me anyway) and Saturday morning cartoons are involved.
I love drinking coffee and visiting blogs on the laptop while Lucy plays. This is my favorite coffee mug. I would be devastated if anything happened to this mug.
I think it's because when I'm holding the handle, my thumb rests right in that chip. It's comforting somehow.
Today is cloudy and a little bit chilly. It's good coffee weather, and feels fall-ish.
Lucy and I are still just being cozy in our slippers! Lucy's are fancy, with hearts.
What do you do on Saturday mornings?
Besides sleeping in, it changes from week to week. What I did yesterday was sit on the porch in the warm sun for a bit before starting my day.

Thanks for the slipper link. Since Ian doesn't like to wear socks, we were thinking of trying out a pair of slippers for the winter to keep his feet nice and toasty!
