These are yet more artist trading cards I made for a swap, the theme this time was things with wings. I love doing these so much, they don't take much time but they're fun to do!
The other day I went to the antique mall with my sister Monica and bought these things. The top picture is of a cute tile (I love it!), a pack of vintage sequins and some antique calling cards (for collages). The bottom picture is of all antique postcards. I love getting postcards for collages because they have the prettiest images and they're usually around $1 each. It was so funny, when the lady was ringing me up for the postcards she looked at one of them and said "This one was to my Mom!" I asked if she wanted it and she said she didn't. I thought that was a really weird coincidence. The antique mall here is one of my favorite places. It's the kind where everyone rents out their own little spot and they all have different styles. I've found many great things there, and since they're all priced by different people you can get some good deals!
I want to go with you!!!!!!!! Everything is so..... sweet and quaint.
The little european children remind of a card I gave you. I was so excited to give those out as thank yous when I found them, then I when I opened them up later they had scriptures inside and I was a little embarrased, but not enough to not give them out still.
Your cards are always lovely and I always enjoy it when you post your new creations!!!!!

I just love your bee trading card! The fly one is a close second. Where do you find the time for all of this with a baby, a husband, and a job?!? :) Beautiful things.

Thanks!! I don't really know where I find the time. I'm always busy I guess, even if I'm just sitting there watching TV my hands always have to be doing something. And I only work 3 days a week, so that helps. Plus Lucy still naps twice a day. :D And Holly, I loved that card you gave me! I still have it on the fridge or somewhere, I know I displayed it.
